Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join a leading global retail chain. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Design and implement financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with commercial industry experience, preferably in retail or FMCG. You will also need to possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
