Female Support Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour in their own homes and within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.
- Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support worker role, preferably with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
- Enhanced Adult and Child DBS clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with individuals and colleagues.
