**Job Overview**

LRQA is seeking a skilled Contractor - Retail Auditor (EHO Qualified) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food safety assessments within the retail sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver food safety assessments that meet the needs of customers' specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Provide effective support to clients, including providing monthly availability for proposed work and planning and managing work within agreed timescales.
  • Complete retail assessments in accordance with legal and client-driven requirements.
  • Submit audit reports immediately after audit and ensure any errors are corrected and updated within hours of request.
  • Keep line managers and lead auditors appraised of client requests during audits.
  • Allow shadow and witness audits from clients, line managers, or senior teams as required.
  • Maintain CDP and take on additional training as required when new clients are onboarded.
  • Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business.

**Requirements**

**Essential:**

  • Qualified as an environmental health practitioner, ideally with EHORB registration.

**Desirable:**

  • Full training will be given for these audits.
