Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Consultant to join our team. As a Food Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting food safety and health audits, producing reports, and providing training to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct food safety and health audits at clients' premises.
  2. Produce reports for clients based on audits and inspections.
  3. Carry out risk assessments and implement our ALERT65 compliance platform.
  4. Conduct client-specific training and adopt the role of Account Manager for a number of clients.
  5. Complete investigations into food poisoning, allergic reactions, and foreign body incidents.
  6. Assist with the delivery of the Food Alert Advice Line and provide feedback to Account Managers.
  7. Attend internal technical training sessions and participate in arrangements as the office-based consultant.
Requirements
  1. Relevant food safety and health knowledge and experience.
  2. Experience of conducting food safety and health audits of hospitality premises.
  3. Strong customer focus and excellent relationship-building skills.
  4. Strong process analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
