Role Overview
As a key player in our Product Management team, you will take charge of a vital Patent Renewals product line, significantly influencing its trajectory. About You – qualifications and expertise
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related position within a software and services context.
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies along with hands-on experience in agile development practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proven capability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Analytical thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of Intellectual Property is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision and Strategy: Establish the long-term roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and anticipating future demands.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized backlog of well-defined user stories, ensuring consistency with the overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software and services on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are comprehended and addressed throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing direction and support to the development team.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to uncover opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of product releases.
- Engage with customers to gather insights that drive product enhancements and refine existing features.
- Cultivate a collaborative and transparent team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
Team Dynamics
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management and collaborates with a broader team of Product Managers within our Patent Renewals division, engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model.
