Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Compa Technologies, Inc. as a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of our installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System, working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Events: Collaborate with regional Sales and Marketing teams to create system awareness and procedure adoption through development events.
  • Expand User Base: Work with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel, interacting with C-level, senior hospital staff, and KOLs as needed.
  • Provide Training and Support: Lead surgical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Responsibly manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; minimum of two years of experience in support and training in the medical device industry or minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and local language as required.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
