Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead our Engineering team in delivering high-quality outputs to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the team's activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of outputs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed engineering plans, ensuring that activities are well-planned and processes followed.
  • Manage change, including determining its scope and impact, and escalating delays or issues as required.
  • Coach the team on good practices, facilitating and ensuring that they follow best practices to develop outputs and products.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering project management in waterfall or agile environments, and working knowledge of the following areas:

  • Scheduling
