Project Manager - SATCOMs



At Manpower RPO - Babcock, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Project Manager at our MOD Corsham site, you'll play a vital role in supporting Military Satellite Communication systems.



This role is full time, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements that include roughly 1 day onsite per fortnight, though this may vary depending on project needs.



Key Responsibilities


  • Co-ordination of an integrated project delivery team to ensure successful delivery of complex projects through planning, monitoring, and control in an INCOSE Systems Engineering environment.
  • Lead the project to deliver world-class performance through employee engagement, continuous improvement, and identifying and implementing the latest technology.
  • Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
  • Accountable for planning and monitoring the project, submitting regular monthly performance reports indicating any deviations, corrective action taken, and escalation of issues.


Requirements


  • Experience as a project manager and knowledge of project controls.
  • APM preferred.
