Job Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the commercial aspects of a high-profile £70m+ senior living project in the Southeast London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Management: Full oversight of the project's commercial activities, including cost reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Package Procurement: Lead the procurement of packages, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to the project timeline.
  • Client Interface: Act as the primary commercial point of contact with the client, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
  • On-site Presence: Based on-site 3-4 days per week, with flexibility to work from home on other days.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in Design and Build (D&B) projects, particularly in large-scale construction.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in package procurement and commercial management, with strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Location: Candidates should be based locally in the Southeast London area.
