Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  3. Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  4. Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  5. Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in retail management or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
