Your Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate care and support to children with diverse needs, including those with autism and mental health conditions.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors in both group and individual settings, fostering a safe and positive environment.
- Proven experience working with children who have special needs, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce/ Child and Adult Workforce) clearance, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, allowing you to build strong relationships with the children and contribute consistently to their development.
