We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at WTW as a Senior Reinsurance Broker. As a key member of our global broking team, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, growing our portfolio, and delivering exceptional broking services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to strengthen partnerships and understand their business and risk transfer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective risk transfer strategies, structure, price, and placement solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Manage and administer client accounts, including day-to-day care of clients' programs, to retain and develop profitable terrorism portfolios.
  • Face-to-face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with international markets.
  • Collaborate with the Global Broking Team and Analytics Teams to design and implement optimum risk transfer mechanisms.
  • Deliver excellence in broking through trust, credibility, and strong market relationships.
  • Electronically trade through PPL and identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalize on account penetration and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW.
  • Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients.
  • Deliver optimization of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business.
