Trade Compliance Manager

At Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for managing and developing day-to-day trade compliance matters within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- IPR Program Management: Ensure the existing IPR program is maximized and compliant with all relevant regulations.
- Compliance Checks: Conduct regular compliance checks on all entries to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- HTS Code Ownership: Take ownership of HTS codes in the UK, ensuring regular checks on accuracy and closing any gaps.
- ECCN and Export Control Management: Work with relevant teams to ensure correct export classification and management of ECCN and export control regulations.
- CBAM Implementation: Support the implementation of CBAM in the UK, ensuring the business has adequate records and processes in place.
- General Support: Provide general support to the Senior Compliance Officer, including training, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Experience in trade compliance, with a strong understanding of Customs regulations and procedures.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and critical thinking skills, and ability to learn and operate within Gulfstream enterprise systems.
Additional Information: This is a full-time position with up to 25% travel. The successful candidate will be based in Farnborough, UK.
