Job Overview

As a Security Operations Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security clearance application process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for personnel accessing the facility.
  • Engage with clients to clarify entry requirements, documentation, and assess their needs, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
  • Maintain the highest standards of security at all times, safeguarding the interests of the organization.
  • Handle high-risk applications in coordination with security leadership.
  • Provide administrative support to the Security Management team.
  • Deliver exceptional service in all administrative and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Proof of residency in the UK for the past three years.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach.

Desirable:

  • Background in a military or defense environment.
  • Valid driving license.
  • SIA License.
  • Security Clearance (SC).
