Opportunity Overview: Sales Strategy Business Partner
In the role of Sales Strategy Business Partner, you will spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and transformation initiatives at Civica. Collaborating closely with Executive Leaders across various sectors, you will be instrumental in annual sales planning, promoting commercial excellence, and executing strategic projects tailored to your designated business vertical(s).
- Collaborate with Executive Leaders to develop, refine, and implement the GTM strategy.
- Oversee sales planning activities, including resource allocation, territory management, and quota establishment for your vertical(s).
- Manage operational processes such as forecasting, pipeline oversight, demand planning, and deal evaluations across the vertical(s).
- Lead strategic initiatives that facilitate the GTM transformation at Civica or within specific verticals.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce to generate business insights, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Produce analytical reports and assets that support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with Executive leadership and cross-functional teams to address business challenges effectively.
Key Qualifications:

- Experience in sales strategy or sales operations, preferably within a software environment.

- Adept at fostering collaboration across teams and functions.

- Experience in management consulting from a reputable strategy consulting firm is advantageous.
