We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Clarke Energy. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing allocated projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client and Clarke Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team involved in Project Design, execution, and Commissioning lifecycle.
- Arrange regular team and one-to-one meetings to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Liaise with clients to understand and interpret their requirements.
- Agree and negotiate project timescales and costs with clients.
- Draw up a detailed Project Plan to highlight technical, commercial, and installation tasks.
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards are fully incorporated into the Plan.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and take action to resolve delays or problems.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication.
Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of the power generation industry.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing large-scale projects in an Engineering environment.
- Knowledge of the 'Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.'
- Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Good IT skills – Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
