About the Role:
Building Careers UK is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of M&E and Renewables projects in our Knowsley team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Contract Managers and oversee M&E supervisors to ensure successful project implementation and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project delivery and manage site teams to ensure successful project implementation and compliance.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance and site setup to maintain a safe working environment.
Estimate construction plans and manage resources to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Serve as a contact for regional teams and clients on budgets to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Relevant HNC/HND Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
Valid site-based qualification (SMSTS or equivalent) to ensure Health & Safety compliance.
Experience with commercial heating and renewable installations to provide expert knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and communication.
Familiarity with social housing environments to understand client needs and expectations.
