As a Social Worker in our team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases of child protection and safeguarding. You will work closely with families, children, and other professionals to provide support and guidance, promoting positive outcomes and resilience.

Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Social Workers and those nearing the end of their training period. We offer a robust support and training package as part of continuous professional development at any stage of the social work career.

Salary up to £44,428, discussions to be held during the interview process in relation to the salary offer. We ensure that our staff work with our children and families in the context of manageable caseloads.
