Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in the social care sector, a real interest in person-centered values, and a willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be part of a hardworking team and receive supervision throughout the probationary process to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed.
