Job Summary:

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates, including job advertising, social media promotion, and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for our business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to access a wider talent pool.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including job advertising, social media promotion, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
