Job Title: Catering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

The successful candidate will have a background in exceptional food catering services and be able to work closely with their teams to develop a great work relationship and provide excellent customer service.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of catering staff to provide excellent customer service

  • Ensure the smooth operation of food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Stay up to date with current food trends and menu ideas


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar environment at a management level
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  • IT literacy and ability to use software applications
