We are seeking a Junior Technical Compliance Officer to assist in the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of our UKAS accreditation and overall Management System. The responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Compliance Manager to ensure SCUK system documentation is regularly updated in accordance with accreditation standards and timelines.
  • Acting as Document Controller: managing the document register, distributing document revisions to international offices, and coordinating acknowledgments from these offices, while ensuring the electronic document platform reflects the most current versions.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager in addressing and resolving both internal and external non-conformities, customer complaints, and appeals as necessary.
  • Supporting and upholding the internal audit program, including follow-up tasks and assigning findings to the appropriate personnel or local offices.

  • A solid understanding of the requirements for auditing and certifying management systems (ISO).
