Candlelight Care is a dedicated and friendly, family-run team providing care and support services to vulnerable adults in their own homes within Wincanton and surrounding areas. We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide emotional and practical support to our clients, assisting with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs. You will also be responsible for assisting with medication, using mobility aids, and reporting any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client to the Registered Manager.
