The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Assistant - Band 3, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and closure of various specialty clinics, including Colorectal, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Renal, Respiratory, Urology, and ENT.
- Perform extended skills such as venepuncture, ECG recording, basic observations, BM monitoring, and Spirometry.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Hold a Care Certificate or be willing to undertake this.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
