About the Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our business development team and driving revenue growth across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and events. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell multiple platform media solutions across print, digital, and events
  • Develop new business opportunities while maximizing existing accounts
  • Conduct thorough research and build industry knowledge
  • Carry out competitor analysis
  • Attend client meetings and presentations
  • Identify contra agreements and negotiate deals
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of c. £48,000 - £50,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus uncapped OTE potential with an attractive commission structure. You will also enjoy hybrid working, free parking, perk box, lunchtime activities, and employee social events and awards.
