**Job Summary**

MAC Recruit Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **System Monitoring and Maintenance**: Ensure that systems are operating efficiently and effectively, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • **Incident Management**: Provide 3rd/4th level technical escalation for critical incidents, working closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • **Infrastructure Management**: Manage and maintain the company's infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • **Backup and Recovery**: Develop and maintain backup procedures, testing backups and running disaster recovery exercises to ensure business continuity.
  • **Capacity Planning**: Monitor system usage and trends, scaling and growing infrastructure to meet the needs of the business.

**Requirements**

  • Experience with Windows systems and VMWare, with a strong understanding of Azure technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
