About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer orders received via phone, email, or social media and oversee them through to dispatch.
  • Loading customer orders onto the Sales and Inventory Management Software and printing shipping labels.
  • Support the Field Sales Managers and be a point of contact for customer care.
  • Lead and resolve any challenges customers may have.
  • Communicate effectively with the Warehouse/Production team to ensure orders are processed in time.
  • Deal with International enquires and perform ad-hoc duties.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000, plus a Christmas bonus. Our office is located in Harlow, and we offer a range of benefits, including a 23-day holiday allowance, on-site gym, and social committee.
