Job Title: Sales Administrator and Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator and Production Assistant. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a varied role, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order progress.
  • Manage sales and information email accounts.
  • Process sales orders for new and existing customers.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
  • Book in goods and perform basic stock control tasks.
  • Monitor order progress and communicate any issues to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues, queries, and returns.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding customer orders.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with basic assembly tasks on the shop floor during quieter periods.
Required Skills:
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to double-check data entry and packing to avoid mistakes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated personality.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
  • Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
