About the Role
This 12-month position involves working closely with dealers to develop strong manufacturer/dealer partnerships, providing support and guidance to achieve mutual objectives. You'll require a full UK valid driving licence and be comfortable with frequent travel across the country.
Main Responsibilities
- Organize and run regional dealer meetings to share updates, training, and coaching refreshers.
- Support Area Sales Managers through coaching on product updates and sales best practices.
- Collaborate with dealers on Sales & Marketing Strategy – Building Consideration and Awareness.
- Work closely with newly appointed dealers to ensure a smooth transition.
- Liaise with other branches on sales developments and provide in-dealer coaching on sales and installation.
- Manage and motivate franchised dealer staff to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise, plan, and assist with local promotions, shows, and PR initiatives.
What We Offer
A 35-hour week, allowing for a 1pm finish on Fridays, and a competitive annual salary equivalent to £52,000. This role is inside IR35, with a daily rate of £200.
