About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to fill a crucial position within our firm. This opportunity arises due to the upcoming retirement of a highly respected solicitor, allowing you to step into a vibrant practice alongside two experienced partners.

If you possess 2 to 5 years of PQE and have a strong interest in litigation, this could be an excellent advancement in your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Robust Caseload: Take over an established portfolio of cases with the potential to cultivate and develop new client relationships.
  • Diverse Litigation Matters: Engage with a variety of cases, including Inheritance Act claims, contested wills and probate disputes, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disagreements, general contract issues, and debt recovery actions.
  • Drive Business Development: Participate in marketing and business development initiatives, collaborating closely with our Business Development Manager to influence the firm's future direction.
