About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to fill a crucial position within our firm. This opportunity arises due to the upcoming retirement of a highly respected solicitor, allowing you to step into a well-established practice alongside two experienced partners.

If you possess 2 to 5 years of PQE and have a strong interest in litigation, this role could represent a significant advancement in your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Diverse Caseload: Take over an existing portfolio while having the opportunity to foster and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Engage in Varied Litigation Matters: Work on a wide array of cases, including Inheritance Act claims, contested wills and probate issues, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disputes, general contract disagreements, and debt recovery matters.
  • Support Business Development: Participate in marketing and business development efforts, collaborating closely with our Business Development Manager to influence the firm's future direction.
