About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor to join our Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Southampton. As a Professor, you will play a key role in shaping our research, teaching, and knowledge exchange agenda around leadership and organisational behaviour.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong professional reputation, a proven track record of high-quality research, and a passion for teaching and learning. You should have experience of leading research projects, supervising doctoral students, and contributing to the development of education policy and practice.

You will be an experienced educator with a proven track record of high-quality teaching and pedagogical innovations, and willing to contribute to the development of education policy and practice as well as design and develop courses and programmes at all levels (UG, MSc, MBA and Executive Education).
