We are seeking an experienced and passionate Elevator Repair Specialist to join our London & South division based in Cardiff, who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Repairing or replacing customer elevators to ensure optimal performance and safety
  2. Conducting thorough safety checks and risk assessments to identify potential issues
  3. Planning and managing workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  4. Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain to ensure timely delivery
  5. Recommending parts and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards
  6. Performing out-of-hours work on a pro rata basis to meet customer needs
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Hold a relevant qualification in Lift Engineering or a related field
  2. Hold a full UK Driving License and be able to travel
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  4. The ability to use initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team
  5. A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  6. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  7. Superior customer-care skills to deliver exceptional service
  8. The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
