Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and approve MEP design documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that expenses are within budget.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP construction work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP construction management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP design, construction, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Asana.
