The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical construction, with experience in managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  2. Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and engineers to confirm and finalize design plans
  3. Procure building materials and manage equipment logistics
  4. Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  5. Act as the key liaison with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction

Remuneration Package:

  1. Competitive basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)
  2. Fully expensed travel
  3. Discretionary bonus up to 10% (based on personal KPIs and company performance)
  4. Industry-leading car allowance

  7. 25 days of holiday
