Position Overview

The role involves contributing to the Technology Portfolio Management division and facilitating the successful execution of programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and enhance essential Technology Portfolio Management procedures, which include:
    • Demand management and work intake processes
    • Portfolio structuring, planning, and scheduling
    • Governance of the portfolio, including status tracking, monitoring, reporting, financial oversight, and KPI management
  • Develop, maintain, and promote the adoption of scalable Technology Delivery Frameworks at Crown Agents Bank, which encompasses:
    • Standardized technology delivery methodologies, protocols, and practices
    • Stakeholder engagement models for technology delivery, defining roles and responsibilities
    • Creation and design of relevant technology delivery artifacts and templates that facilitate agile methodologies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology portfolio office roles, with at least 3 years in Banking and Payments within agile environments
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing a portfolio office, including the development of governance and delivery processes, standards, and operational methodologies within a technology organization
  • Expertise in enterprise-level portfolio planning and reporting, along with data analysis and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile and best practices in technology portfolio management, project management, and delivery
  • Direct experience in project and program management is advantageous
  • Ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships through collaboration and partnership
  • Driven by a passion for change, with a focus on translating strategy into actionable results; demonstrates creativity, innovation, and initiative
Tools and Skills
  • Proficient in Jira, including configuration, dashboards, reporting, and JQL
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SharePoint for team site setup
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucid
