Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of social housing refurbishment projects across the Tower Hamlets area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage contractors undertaking works to ensure safe and efficient delivery within stated timescales.
  • Manage sub-contractors, inspect properties pre and post works, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of the programme.
  • Set up Health and Safety documentation, including RAMS and Construction Phase Plans.
  • Lead site teams, including Assistant Site Managers, RLOs, and in-house labour.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Current Scaffold Inspection Certificate.
  • First Aid certification.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Asbestos Awareness (desirable).

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager who can deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record in leading site teams and managing social housing refurbishment projects, we would like to hear from you.
