Job Title: Embedded Firmware Software Engineer

Join our team of innovative engineers as an Embedded Firmware Software Engineer at Honeywell Building Automation. As a key member of our agile team, you will play a crucial role in developing the next generation of our industry-leading building energy management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop embedded software focusing on communications protocols, IoT, and control algorithms for our latest connected buildings control and energy monitoring systems.
  • Work alongside other developers and architects to enhance features on our latest range of BEMS controllers.
  • Collaborate with a global agile team to build upon core platforms and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a degree in electronic engineering, computer science, or software engineering, with a passion for embedded software development.
  • Experience with C++ programming language and a strong understanding of object-oriented software design.
  • Ability to commute to Horsham for this internship.
