Manufacturing Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team at British Offsite. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of MSO's to deliver the build/assembly of products to required standards in line with technical drawings/designs.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure efficient production.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of the production process.
- Ensure the safe operation and working practice of the shift.
- Motivate and supervise direct reports to achieve high performance.
- Support and assist in other production activities as required.
- Manage instruments and tools maintenance, certification, and repairs.
- Ensure the upkeep and tidiness of production areas.
