Role Overview
As an Executive Chef at 2082 Gate Gourmet London Ltd, you will play a vital role in the team, preparing and cooking delicious in-flight meals and assisting with customer presentations. Your responsibilities include timely meal preparation, effective communication with kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will also support cooking activities for non-airline contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with procurement teams for orders and inventory management
- Communicate issues to the Shift Manager and provide solutions
- Organize and pack aircraft equipment and supplies
- Process and deliver supplies to the correct area
Requirements
- Extensive experience in volume cooking under tight deadlines in hospitality or airline settings
- Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with basic computer proficiency
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a focus on quality and safety
