Job Summary

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Advisor to join their team. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact customers who have had an accident to convert the maximum number of Third Parties referred to the team.
  • Manage the cost of car hire and cost of repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong customer relationships.

Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will work a flexible schedule, with the option to work from home or in the office. The company offers a 4-day workweek, with one day spent in the office, and the ability to work a 5-hour day on three shifts.
