We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate Communications and Brand Strategy to join our team at HSS Hire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive corporate communications and brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy that enhances our reputation and builds strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead the development of our employer brand and employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with our executive leadership team to ensure effective communication of our business strategy and goals
  • Manage and maintain our company's intranet and external communications channels
  • Provide strategic advice on media relations, crisis communication, and public affairs
  • Work closely with external agencies to develop and implement annual reports and press releases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate communications and brand strategies
  • Strong background in supporting change programs and implementing communication plans
  • Notable previous experience in supporting Board-level communications in a PLC environment
  • Extensive knowledge of AIM Rules, reporting regulations, and disclosure requirements
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
