About the Role

This role will support both the ESG and IR teams, focusing on ESG policies and procedures, as well as working on the SFDR, PRI, and TCFD frameworks.

For the IR team, you can expect to work across fund reporting, investor engagement, and fundraising.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with corporate brokers on Q&As from existing and potential investors.
  • Track and monitor engagement with current investors, ensuring timely responses to ad-hoc investor queries.
  • Support external equity research.
  • Assist with maintaining the investor relations calendar, including annual or periodic reporting requirements and events.
  • Support the organization of capital markets days and track conference schedules.
  • Liaise with PR on RNS statements, investor communications, and media strategy.
  • Support fundraising roadshows, tracking investor feedback and response.
  • Support the preparation of corporate and fundraising documentation and support the preparation of interim and annual reports.
  • Manage website documentation, including investor presentations, institutional videos, flyers, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with reports against relevant ESG frameworks (TCFD, SFDR, PRI).
  • Improve and implement the manager's ESG strategy.
  • Assist with managing and conducting environmental and social safeguarding due diligence prior to major acquisitions.
  • Incorporate Company ESG requirements and recommendations into applicable internal and investor-related documentation to ensure shareholder understanding of ESG policy.
  • Monitor the environmental, social, and governance performance of the Fund portfolio.

Qualifications/Training

  • An advanced degree in a related subject is essential.

Experience/Knowledge

  • Previous experience working with the SFDR, PRI, and TCFD frameworks is essential.
  • A working knowledge of the relevant ESG frameworks (i.e., TCFD, SFDR, PRI) is required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Exposure to the renewables industry is desired.
  • Understanding of the capital markets and industry performance metrics is essential.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and discipline with multiple deadlines are essential.
  • Self-motivation and pride in work product are required.
