Job Overview:

Our client, a leading energy company, is undergoing a restructure and expanding their team. We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property and Consents Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing property and consents applications, and working closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process property and consents applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
