Senior Night Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our care services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and meet the needs of service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Supervise and support a team of care workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
- Hold a relevant qualification in social care, such as an HNC or SVQ 3
- Have significant experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management
- Be able to work within a Christian ethos, upholding the values and principles of CrossReach
- Be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and hold a valid registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
