Job Summary:

Hamilton Woods is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial performance.

About the Role:

  • Support and challenge senior stakeholders to drive strategic and financial decisions, with a focus on delivering financial performance.
  • Liaise with business leaders to improve financial strategy, cost management, and efficiency across the organization.
  • Negotiate and influence change with stakeholders to improve the financial standing of the business.
  • Collaborate with the finance director and financial controller to drive business growth and financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with business directors and key decision-makers to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA/QBE or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate financial data and provide insights to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and impact senior stakeholders and their teams.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and KPIs.
