Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Poundland & Dealz. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our Store and Assistant Managers in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Store and Assistant Managers in the supervision of store processes and procedures
- Managing shifts, delegating tasks, and coaching and guiding colleagues
- Ensuring the store environment is welcoming and contributes to a culture built on trust and respect
- Delivering exceptional customer service and experience
- Monitoring store standards and availability levels
- Dealing with deliveries and adhering to cash handling and security procedures
- Communicating effectively within the store at all levels
- Planning and organizing yourself and others
