Main Responsibilities- Customer Service Ambassador: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all passengers receive a friendly and reassuring experience.
- Train Operations Management: Manage the safety and operational activities of the train, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that the train is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ticketing and Revenue Management: Check and sell tickets, providing information and assistance as required, and ensuring that all revenue management procedures are followed.
- Environmental Management: Ensure that a safe, clean, and pleasant environment is maintained on board the train.
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a flexible approach to working, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
