We are currently looking for a skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of our Quality Management System.
- Oversee the auditing processes for our Quality Management System procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams to promote best practices in quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other relevant certifications.
- Generate comprehensive reports, including analysis and recommendations related to customer satisfaction, internal audits, and training initiatives.
- Facilitate continuous improvement through workshops and training sessions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in roles such as Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Manager, preferably within the Automotive or Aerospace sectors. Key qualifications include:
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with familiarity in 8D methodologies.
- Strong command of Quality Tools.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO14001/9001 standards and auditing.
- Exceptional communication skills across customer, supplier, and internal interactions.
- Understanding of risk assessment and management, including COSHH.
- Experience in reporting and analytics.
- Ability to mentor and support onsite quality teams in process and quality management.
Desirable Qualifications:
- ISO/VDA accredited auditor certification.
- IOSH training.
- Engineering qualifications.
- Familiarity with Tisax.
