We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Landscape Gardener to join our esteemed client's workforce on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client is a reputable landscaping firm located in the Warwickshire region. Due to a surge in project demands, they are seeking dedicated individuals to enhance their growing team. This role is available for immediate start.

As a Landscape Gardener, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the aesthetics of client gardens and outdoor spaces
  • Ensuring tidiness and upkeep of various sites
  • Performing mowing, strimming, and weeding as necessary
  • Conducting hedge trimming and cutting tasks
  • Carrying out any required maintenance work

Comprehensive training will be provided on the use of essential equipment. While prior knowledge and experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. The initial week will involve pairing with an experienced team member, and upon completion of training, you will be assigned a vehicle and necessary tools.

Uniforms and safety kits will be supplied; however, candidates must provide their own safety footwear.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week. Rotas will be distributed accordingly. While this is the standard schedule, part-time hours may be considered. There will be no requirement to work on bank holidays or weekends.

Compensation:
This position offers hourly pay on a temporary to permanent basis, with the potential for permanent employment after three months.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license is essential.
